  Looks like it's in a rattler holder. I'm going to say they graded 63, and it looks like a 64.

  I'll go with 63 based on the scattered tick marks and light scuffs. Not a bad looking coin.

  My first reaction is 64. It looks like many of the scratches are on the holder. Strike and luster appear good.

  I'll go with 63 as well. Too many minor issues on the OBV to go any higher, IMO. nice coin, though.

  with the 64 crowd, small ticks look large with big images but
  slash on neck and chatter holds it down, maybe rub on temples?

  PCGS 64, but I would not buy it, because of the ugly black streaks on the obverse.

  Interesting. I'm not really surprised. I think submitted raw it would have a shot at a 64 depending on how bad the streaks look in-hand. I doubt very much you'd ever see it wearing a gold bean in this holder though.
