With a little help, I was able to snag a 1956 proof set off of Ebay that contains a CAM/DCAM cent.

Another forum member picked up the set for me (many thanks). I received the set yesterday. The cent in the set is the best quality raw 1956 cent I have ever seen. It has deep, black mirrored fields on both sides. No haze at all. The obverse devices are a strong CAM and probably even DCAM. The reverse devices are also at least CAM.

The new cent upgraded my prior best 1956 cent. My best 1956 proof set took a step up in quality with the upgrade.

This dude really has an incredible eye for spotting the DCAM's in proof sets. He's a lethal eye on Ebay...persistence even on Ebay can pay off. image
