Lord M., you might remember me. I sent you a few PM's last year after my wife and I got back from our trip to the UK.
You NEED to do this, especially if you have never traveled across the pond before. You might want to try to research some clubs in the UK, you will have better results than going on a sponsored tour. The folks there really rolled out the Red Carpet for me and explained all of the rules.
I don't understand this business about "cease-and-desist". If the PCGS monitor wants to stop your thread, why don't they stop it? Why drag this thread along?
I collect Capped Bust series by variety in PCGS AU/MS grades.
I still don't really want this topic to be resurrected, but since I do owe some folks updated information, I have posted the latest over on the Darkside, where hopefully it is less likely to chafe the Powers That Be and clutter up this more active forum.
So let's let this thread sink again, please, but I thought I did owe some folks the new information, as it has a bearing on a fellow forum member's reputation, and I thought I might also explain my absence these last two months or so, if anyone was wondering.
So ... anyhow, how've y'all been in my long absence? Made any interesting newps? What have I missed? (No, wait, don't tell me here- that would give this taboo thread unnecessary traction. I hope to catch up with y'all soon, though, and also catch up on my large backlog of unanswered PMs and emails. Sorry 'bout that.)
BTW, I found three silver Roosies (all 1964, two D and one P) in the till at work last night. I guess that was an omen that I should come back and touch base with my numismatic brethren. We'll catch up soon.

I really, really want to punch that last button on the list of choices:
Shaddupyouface and go eat some more ravioli, fatboy.
Why;d you put that on there O'Holey One?
The name is LEE!
60 years into this hobby and I'm still working on my Lincoln set!
Many times it's the other way around.
