Modern Canadian Mint commems?

Is it just me or has the sculpting quality from the RCM deteriorated over the past decade? They used to have such beautiful smooth sculpting. Now the designs look choppy and line intensive. Perhaps due to the new computer to die sculpting process. There is no substitute for the human hand and a reducing lathe. I tried to like the new Steam Locomotive Silver coins but the designs just blew it for me.

    Seems to me that their business model revolves around finding gimmicks to be able to sell coins at 2-4x the bullion value. I agree that their quality seems to be lacking lately, probably due to the insane amount of new issues they are releasing in such a short time.
