1897 "1 in Neck" Snow-1 Indian Cent-ON HOLD

I am offering an 1897 Indian cent with details of VF30 or so, which is the sought-after variety with the misplaced digit "1" poking out of the Indian's throat (Snow-1). The coin is attractive and original, but it has two defects that will probably stop it from holdering at PCGS. First off, it has a small but fairly nasty rim ding at 5:00 on the reverse (a little deeper than you can tell from the image). Second, it has a long, dull scratch that crosses the obverse from the rim to the first "S" in STATES. It's old and nearly worn off, but it's there and it does detract from the eye appeal.
Going by eBay prices, a damaged VG example is worth about $40, and a VF20 example with minor surface problems is being offered at $185. A nice but overgraded VG7 is being offered at about $100. A PCGS VF25 that looks F12 (if that) to me is being offered at $330. I can do a bit better if I don't have to pay eBay and Paypal, so I'm asking $155 dlvd. (by check) or $160 dlvd. (Paypal).
