fake PCGS MS63 1889-CC on eBay
Several warning bells about this auction:
1. no dash between 1889 and CC on the insert tag
2. no reserve on a $35,000+ coin
3. poor photos
4. no evidence of PL-ish surfaces
5. indistinct design elements
Sure enough, entering the serial number in the cert. verification function at the PCGS website shows the real coin was sold in the Phoenix ANA Heritage auction in March 2008... and that coin is PL-ish.
Please report to eBay.

When in doubt, don't.

- really bad pictures on really high dollar auction
- poorly made label
- coin obviously doesn't match the cert # coin that sold at HA in Phoenix 2008
