Can anyone tell me what year this William III Halfpenny is?

Looks like a zero at the end, but is it the top of a nine? I don't know much about these coins, but when I couldn't find it in my 1700's Krause book, I went looking and discovered they were minted in the late 1600's and early 1700's. I just thought I'd post it on the off chance someone might know.

It looks like a 1700 no stops on obverse, but I can't say for sure on the date, just too hard to make out in the photo.

It looks like 1700 to me. Here's a 1699 to compare it to.

You can do the attribution.

These are all of the Nicholson 1/2ds. Compare the letter spacings/positionings and you should be able to narrow your specimen down to the correct BHM or Peck #.

Thanks all and thanks for the link! I was hoping it's a 1699 but I think it's a 1700 too. I thought it was a late 18th century coin and when I realized it's a hundred years older, I liked it even more. I'll see if I can figure it out from the linked site.
