    The surface has to be 100% without chrome for ICCS to grade as ' no chrome'.

    You see a lot of these dates with 75% no chrome, but one quadrant of the coin will have the bluish tint (chrome). These do not qualify as no chrome.

    correct, and Not worth it to send, considering the value of the coin...
