can you identify this coin / token / medal?

  Interesting piece you have. The horizontal obv/rev orientation indicates that it's a medal or token although I can't fully see the devices. It appears a bent over man, shovel & some type of cart & a wolf on the other side so my guess is that it's agricultural oriented?
  
  Really need more detail, size, composition, what can you see that don't show up in the photo?
