  I can sell spotted or painted ASEs on stacking forums (Kitco, GIM2, etc.) all day long at $2 over. Heck you could probably sell them here quite quickly at $2 over. If you have a decent amount of them it may be worth a few quick calls/emails to Provident/Apmex/etc. to get a buy quote as well.

  after fees, no, IMHO
  
  many know that spots on ASE and Maples take nothing away from their value in silver.
  
  sometimes at a flea market you can pick them up at melt or even a wee bit below,
  
  if a vendor has blast white ones, he/she will probably have some not so purdy ones in a shoe box they'd love to get rid of at a discount.
