    .
    hehe

probably just used one of the many mass-upload apps.

once the prog starts to run you can just leave and go sit on the beach and come back after the auctions end, maybe a little before hand to check messages
    .
at least i hope that person wasn't at it for 48 hours strait<--? !!!
    .
on a side note, wasn't the max 49,999 listings?

A quick glance at some of the finished auctions shows a whopping 7 sales out of 400. Most of those were 2012 ASEs. Not worth the effort, IMO.

what do you think the profit per coin average is, i really don't know since i don't sell those types of items

but 7 out of 400 equates to 192.5 out of 11,000

$5 profit per auction will be $962.5 and if $10 obviously just double that to $1925

even if my math is wrong, which is possible, it seems IF those are the profit margins, not bad for a week or two.

i'll take that over a lot of jobs i've had LOL

although i still prefer not to sell/buy those types of items

My thought is that these auctions were waiting in the wings, all ready to go for a free listing period. The only factor would be if he actually makes a number of decent sales. With this amount of auctions, listing fees would be enormous, so he had the mind of waiting for the right time.

a lot of them are nothing more than hitting the "sell similar" button.

Someone clogged up my searches yesterday with multiple duplicate auctions for Indian cents. There were about a dozen 1894 cents that kept looping through my search results to the tune of over 400 auctions, all with the same pictures.

As a buyer looking to buy that is why I hate those free listing specials.

I thought about putting 11,000 waving fans, but this should provide enough entertainment for a Saturday night.
