Regarding 2011 25th ASE Mercanti Letter

  << <i>So far I have kept the letter unbent etc., been debating on laminating it and rolling it up but that still damages the paper. I have 2 questions:
  
  1) Is that signature on the paper real or fake? It looks real to me, I have 2 of them and the pen fades in different locations but I just wanted to check
  
  2) What did you do with the paper document? Fold it up and just store it in the vault? Toss it away? >>
  
  
  I personally would use it for kindling. Why waste good newsprint?

  If you are worried about keeping it in good condition, I'd go to a comic book store and get an acid free backer board and sleeve. I'd assume that would do a good job protecting the paper for a reasonable price. Heck, maybe PCGS wil start slabbing the letters!
