2004 Wisconsin "d" bags

I have a sealed mint issued box QL4 . I'm curious to know if it might contain any of the low or high leaf variety inside. This is a box of $25 worth of quarters from the Denver mint. I suspect they were only found in rolls but thought I might just ask the experienced on this forum. Thanks.

I know of none being found in bags. Just rolls in Arizona and Texas.
  • I handled over 100 of those bags and heard of no finds.....

Having said that you might check worth of sealed bag WI-d bag as I doubt many survived unsealed...............
  • OP thanks for opening this thread up. Pitboss I do have a question for you and anyone else who may be knowledgeable about the state quarters.

Through luck (he usually leaves town fast when it comes me) and unimaginable happenstance today I have come into possession of two mint issued rolls of the AZ coins from P and D.

Would these two particular rolls have any value other than face in today's marketplace, even given the outside possibility of having that there could be something nice in these rolls. Today I picked up 13 rolls from various states namely Utah, Idaho, Oklahoma, New Mexico, South Dakota, Arkansas, and Montana. This is not an offer for sale, but my curiousity of value. Tomorrow I am planning on going to where my wife got these for (@face) to see if there is anymore available. She falls into some unusual deals that I can't ferret out. Last week she got me (also @face) 7 rolls of Jefferson Westward expansion nickels also in mint issue packaging. I guess that opportunity comes to those who are not looking for it.

I just can't believe that these rolls (in mint issued wrapping) are not worth something. I do hope that this posting is alright and not in violation of the rules.

You can try ebay but most people have given up buying these rolls as there is no extra leafs turning up anymore. They were searched pretty heavy for about 2 years after they first appeared. You might want to PM highlowleafs here on this forum as he has a vast knowledge of these coins.

I'm not sure what the people of Wisconsin did to you in 2004, but you don't have to call them that image
