I thought this was a double die.

Instead it came back a pop1 for the grade. I submitted it with a 1972 cent and a 1957 d cent. ( which I also thought was a double die ) This was my first attempt at trying to deterime double die coins. I am currently checking out coppercoins.com to learn the basics.Text

one of the cherry picker guides, maybe both have an EXCELLENT section on various doubling, I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone wanting to learn more about them

I was just asking because PCGS has a picture of the coin on the cert verification page. I thought they only did this for secure plus. maybe they changed to all coins getting pictures?

I agree - the cheapest I found was (believe it or not) WalMart on line. They will also deliver to your nearest WalMart for free.
