Ooh it'll be nice. That's some good luster and a lot of red. I've seen way worse photos than that.

very old 2x2, that coin is a lot more red then brown. I would bet you did very well on this one.

This guy had a bunch of these and pretty decent looking Indians for sale with thes old 2x2 holders and not great photos. I see they have all been bought since I posted this. Did one person buy them or a bunch of you. I considered buying them all myself and actually put low ball offers in on several of them last night and he countered but I delclined the counter. Let me know when you recieve them, and I will do the same and see if our gambles paid off.

Looks like it could be super nice based on the not so great photos.
Almost too flashy to be true, if it's like that with no issues you'll be very happy.

I was a bit worried that the flip says 39-S but maybe it was a price like 39 - ??

I grabbed a couple of Indians and 3 Lincolns. Here' s hoping. Someone else beat me to most of the Indians by about 10 minutes. Will let you know how they look when they come.

I could also see it in a 64RD holder, there is a faint print on the obverse, near and on the shoulder, that will keep it out of a gem holder no matter the strike or luster. Excellent pick-up, congrats.

that holder is vintage I bet 3.95 was the price back in the early 70"s or earlier.

From your pic I can't tell if it's RD or RB. On my monitor it looks like it might have some toning or light print. If it's RB it's a nice one, the kind I like to get. It looks nice enough maybe 64.

The 1913 looks to have a shot at 65RD to me.

Not to be a dud, but am I the only one that sees several fingerprints and thinks most have been cleaned and retoned. I'm an early Lincoln fan so I hope I'm wrong.

I concur, with the exception of the 1913 in the OP which appears to be original.
