Common 1943-S 10c NGC MS67* Sells for about 11X Value...or does it?...and does the new owner know?

1943-S 10c NGC MS67*
You cannot tell from the Heritage Photos but in LOT VIEWING, a trusted friend informed me that this was in fact a 1943-S TRUMPET TAIL!!! It would be tied for POP TOP! I of course wanted it bad but since I already have a PCGS attributed MS66...and to risk the cross etc....and money is a little tighter than I would like....I obviously did not want the coin BAD ENOUGH!
Any other 43-S in MS67 in an NGC Holder would bring less than $75 for sure. It makes no sense to pay more BUT this stupid example ended up having colorful TARNISH on it which drove the price AT LEAST 11 TIMES its value considering the non-attributed holder it is in.
Properly attributed in a PCGS Holder as a MS67, tied with one other example for POP TOP and this coin is $400 easy on a bad day...but with the right bidders in place needing the coin and wanting a POP TOP maybe $833 isn't too far off?
So, now the real question is this....Does the new owner KNOW what they bought or were they just buying the TARNISH?

<< <i>833 is too much under any circumstances! >>
This is maybe why I am NOT the new owner of it.

The tone is not of the caliber that would generate that kind of bidding IMO.
