I'd think the nick on the sun will hurt, and are those scrapes on the rim, just to the left of the sun. if so, 64 ish. (in my rookie view...)

Both prime focal areas (sun and right field) have marks on them that would preclude MS65 in my mind. I would say 64.

1942 Walkers come pretty nice, and with a bit of chatter in the right hand obverse field, I'd say 64+.
The Eagle reminds me of the 1891CC Morgan Dollar's "spitting Eagle". Although this one looks more like a drooling eagle. LOL
Nice coin, could be a 65 on the right day.

It came back as improperly cleaned, but I can't tell where.

This 42 of mine graded 64+ at PCGS about a year ago. I thought it was a 65+
