Is Anybody having a problem with the PM function?

I got a pm from a forum member and i responded back to him but when i checked like two hours later in the history i could not see my response to him. So i sent another PM and still i could not see my reply. So i tried to pm another forum member and i see the pm that i sent to this other forum member in the history section. Is this normal

Yes.
The only thing I can think of is that the member might have been bammed... I'd contact support.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
He will not be able to sign on to the forum if he is banned. Or be able to send PM's for that matter.
He sent me the PM first so i don't think that i am on his ignore list.
ignoring his PM to me instead.

i wonder if it is possible to send a PM but have PM turned off so that outgoing can be sent but incoming cannot be received
