Harshly Cleaned 1879 Morgan? New to this...

This coin is one of a couple dozen Morgans from my grandfathers collection. Most are common date and low to mid looking MS grades (although I am horrible at grading, working on it).
I'm assuming this coin is harshly cleaned but I'm not experienced enough to say for sure. I've read up on die polish lines and while these could be die polish it sure would be a lot and I swear I can see some lines going across the cheek which I think would be a sure sign of cleaning. The lines seem to go right up to the devices and between letters (as die polish lines would). I'm really just highly skeptical because this is a pretty clean looking coin and the lines are pretty evident.
Anyway, I figure this is an easy question for you guys and thanks in advance for the help.
These photos were taken specifically to show the lines and aren't necessarily representative of the coin itself, lighting was different for obverse and reverse to highlight the lines. My focus was off a little on the obverse but I think I can still get a good answer from the knowledgeable folks on here.

Yes this is harshly cleaned and I'm sure it doesn't look this bad in hand as I've seen how lighting can really emphasize hairlines.
