Peace VAM question?

I have a question regarding a raised area coming off the right shoulder of the Eagle. I cannot find anything on the VAM page regarding it. It is not a scratch as it is raised from the coin as would be a die scratch.
Thanks for your help.

<< <i>The spike is a clash from the back of Liberty's neck. Leroy Van Allen only catalogs these if there are multiple such clashes or if they reach into the letters. You'll probably also see a wiggly clash in the rays below DOLLAR from the top of Liberty's head. >>
Thanks, John, but this coin does not exhibit the wiggly clash, but does faintly exhibt the "v" clash as mentioned on VAMWORLD's diagnostics----
<< <i>2 clashes of Liberty's face above left wing (like the letter V) >>
BTW--Mark Andrews notified me again that I had not renewed so that will be coming forthwith(WV for Thursday) lol
Thanks to everyone for your help.
