Rattlers: Were all current designations made during those years?

  Some designations started during the Rattler era ie there may be coins out there that were slabbed before the designation was used. Not sure which ones though. I am thinking FS may not have been designated right away .

  I've never seen a cameo or deep cameo designation on a rattler.
  
  But I have seen plenty of non-designated cameos and deep cameos in rattlers.

  Mercury dime FB, SLQ FH, Franklin FBL, and PL and DMPL for Morgan dollars is it. Cameo didn't start until 1992 or so.
