1830 Half Dime Atribution, recut 5. Or 5 over 5?

I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to tell me the variety of the following half dime, there sees to be a protrusion at the chin and the 3 of the date is week if that helps?

Also regarding the grade (sorry about the reverse picture) I was looking at the PCGS online photograde and reckon it must be around XF40? anyone care to give their opinion?

I don't have a vast lot of experience with these:

Not DDR unfortunately

but the 5 in 5c looks recut or 5 over a 5, is this usual or a know variety?
