Return address on PCGS shipments

ModCrewmanModCrewman Posts: 4,054 ✭✭✭✭✭
So I received a batch of coins back from PCGS today, the return address was from "martinezj" in Newport Beach, of course I knew what was in the box before I opened it regardless of the return address.

But that led me to wonder, is there any correlation to who graded or finalized the submission and the return address? I've received submissions back with several different return addresses, which I do appreciate for security concerns.

The name on the package is the shipping clerk who prepared your coins for shipping. They have no involvement or contact with the graders.

Even at their annual Christmas party?
    That would be sad.
