The Seller's last feedback (as a seller) was in 2006.

For what it's worth, this link shows the same coin with an identical description that was sold in June.

This has several hallmarks of a scam.
I like large size currency and silver dollars.

You get partial credit, but, you'll need to dig a little deeper.

If you're going to play the game, you'll have to act fast as the listing wont last much longer

    EXCELLENT WORK.
    I am impressed.
Alot of people would have used the Heritage site to find this coin, but, even though it's the same coin, it has a different description.
    1811 from heritage

PS: The sellers account was a dormant hi-jacked account. This coin has been sold 3 times before on ebay (ebay pulled the previous listings, but, if you have terapeak, you will see they sold as follows)
    1. 10/27/11 sold for $3,550 item #300616117127
    2. 08/02/11 sold for $6,200 item #270792664363
    3. 06/21/11 sold for $9,800 item #230637536076
    3.

Probably the same idiot who listed this under a different name, just with an 1811 instead of the 1812.

Wow, good catch. Hope they eventually nail him/her/them.

    What's terapeak ?

"terapeak" is a website that spawned from ebay. It gives you unlimited access to all back listings of every item ever sold/unsold on ebay for the past 12 months (cost $9.95/mo). It seems this "worthpoint" looks pretty good as well, I may have to order that program for my pricing research.
