I RECEIVED THE NEW ***CHERRYPICKERS' GUIDE*** TODAY! ...with initial Washington Quarter Review

This is an incredible mix of the very good and the not so good. I will make some comments page by page.
P 159, bottom of page. Type B was not used for proofs in 1936. the top of page 161 has it right.
Type B was not used in 1968-1972 but a very similiar slightly modified design now known as type H.
P 160 - p 163 Reverse Hub Comparisions. It all sounds very comprehensive and accurate to me.
The 1969 D type H (formerly a variant of type
is described as rare. 1970 D, 1971 D and 1972 D type H are described as very rare.
"For prices see the charts on pages 203 and 204." I haven't found them yet. Now comes the sad part. None of these rare circulation strike type H's have an FS number. Some folk were looking forward to PCGS grading the clad B's (or H's). I don't know what happens now without the FS number. Just like the red book, these varieties exist, but nobody lists them line by line yet.
Page 225 Two doubled die reverses will be removed from the next edition. These were Class III doubled dies made from type F and type G hubs. Type G is originally another proof only version. I have reffered to it in the past as type M.

While the $160 appears to be realistic, the $95 is really off the mark.

Along with the S? Assume this is still for 1952 only? OR are they trying to call a different variety a Superbird?

The superbird is 1952 only. On the hand engraved tail feathers, the S has gotten weaker with part of the lower loop of the S is worn or polished away.
Hand engraved feathers are also found on some 1953 and 1957-D quarters.
