Please specify why this isn't Spam?

Apologies, but usually people add that "this is not my coin/listing" in the thread,
otherwise sharing an eBay link can come-off to some people as advertising a
coin they may be selling...something still not specified

Is it SPAM? This is not my coin. I just happened to notice it and wanted to share.

Am I missing some forum rules? If so, please let me know. Thanks.

Tough coin, but I don't care for this one (unless it's an example of a tracheotomy variety that I wasn't aware of).

I don't care for the tracheotomy either.

Can you share a nice example? I'd love to see one...

This example is really nice for the issue. Unfortunately, I believe it has a repaired rim and won't slab. The value would double if graded by PCGS, as with many rare Seated issues, so why is it not slabbed? The small mark on the neck doesn't bother me so much. It looks bad because the pics are so big.

    Not nearly as nice.

That's a lot of money for a raw coin. I'd rather see it in a genuine/details holder.

Is it real? Something about it has my spidey sense tingling, but I can't put my finger on it. I'm by no means saying it's fake, just that it bothers me.

    Agreed...

I wonder what kind of price it would command if it graded in this condition?

Looks about XF-45 or AU-50 technically?
