When you send a coin to PCGS or NGC for grading, are they also guaranteeing that it is NOT a fake?

They will only grade coins they feel are authentic and they will stand behind that guarantee.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

at pcgs they are guaranteeing in their OPINION the coin is authentic/non-altered and if they are wrong which has happened then they offer a buy-back guarantee since by labeling
genuine/graded they are saying the coin is authentic
