1806 1/2 cent auction question

I saw this 1806 1/2 cent on EBAY that states it is Cohen #2 but I think it looks like Cohen # 3. Does anyone have pics for a Cohen#2?

The coin for sale in an NGC slab is a C-2, R-4 (I think).
The C-2 & C-3 use the same rev., but the C-2 has
an even arc date with a blunt top 6 and evenly
    spaced E R T Y. The C-3 has a high 6 almost touching
the drapery & the 6 is pointed. The RT is very close at
    their base.

After looking at Manley, appears to me to be C2: the "6" is not high enough for C3

Thanks. I need to get a reference. What would be the best book to get?
