OK I give up. I "think" i just won two lots a little over an hour ago. Not really sure though as I received no email nor can I find a way to pay for said lots on their clunker of a website. Maybe I did not win them? It shouldnt be this difficult. I see no link that says "pay for lots" or " anything like that.

They will definatly let you know when payment is due- dont worry, they wont forget about you.
<< <i>I don't think you pay until the auction is 100% over, because they don't know if you are going to buy more.

I am still not sure if I won these lots since I cant tell if the Auction is over or not. It says : "Internet Bidding Is Closed but you could be outbid in the live event" but when you click on Heritage live it doesnt take you to an auction. Oh well. I will check it later. Thanks for the responses.
<< <i>After all that I find I did not win afterall. Poorly designed confusing website.
Not really, it just sounds that you are/were unfamiliar with the way Heritage does their online bidding.
It's actually quite easy, and you just need to pay attention to the details which are easy to find

I agree, Heritage has the best and most user friendly auction web-site there is. You can see, at any time, if you won any lot in their auction by going to "my heritage" and clicking on "My Bids". If your bid is in green, than you are winning, if your bid is red than you lost. If your bid is green and it says closed, than you won.

<< <i>The one thing I found confusing at first was that there are really 2 different kinds of auctions. The first is the Sunday and Tuesday Internet coin auction. This auction ends when it ends. The other main coin auctions are the big convention auctions that really go in 2 stages. The first stage is internet bidding, which is then followed by a live auction. Sometimes you can win with an internet bid, but many times someone at the live auction will enter a cut bid and barely beat you. You can use the "Heritage Live" auction tool to actually participate live. >>
Yeah this is what happened to me. I got sniped in the live auction. The confusing thing though was when the internet portion ended it showed my bids as green and it said winning bid. I took winning to mean the auction was over but what do i know. Back to Teletrade and Great Collections I guess.
