Slab issues?

Just got an order of coins back from PCGS. All my submissions look great in their slabs with the exception of three coins which are rattling around and are upside down or over to the 9 o'clock position. Will PCGS re-do these at their expense or am I just stuck with poorly presented coins?

I have called customer service and they will be calling me back once they know what they will do...hmmm.

Just wondered what any members experiences here might have been with a similar situation?
BST transactions Wondercoin, MCM, levinll, Zrlevin and ajaan. Been buying and selling coins on E-Bay since 2002 as Monk2580

    I am reasonably sure PCGS will reholder these at no expense. Except, of course, shipping and insurance both ways. You'll probably have to fight over that.

    Are they actually rattling or just rotated? If the latter they can just be smacked back in place, techniques vary.

    ...i knew i guy that received slabs like that. he opened the slab straightened out the coin and taped it back up. imagehis solution i wouldn't recommend

    I've had that happen before. Just bump the corner of the slab till the coins in place.

    That was easy, thank you. Just tapping the edge rotated them around. Still I am surprised they are so loose in there...
