I don't think they list pops of errors or if they do it is really hidden.
    Maybe PM Fred for help.

BTW why would those be errors it was done intensionally wasn't it.

I don't know but they list it as an error coin via the PCGS Coin number image

I suspect you are right,,,, I think all of these were susmitted via Fred. I know the (3) that I have I bought from him at shows at various times.

He probably knows how many of ea grade he got when submitting them.

    Good Morning -

PCGS (and NGC) do not publish the Pop Report
    numbers for mechanical Mint Errors.

They do report, obviously, the recognized Die Varieties,
but David H. agreed with me that for coins such
as off centers, double strikes, off metals, clips, etc.,
that because almost each one would be unique
(as far as a description - factors such as % Off Center,
% Clip, Grade, and so on) that MOST such errors
would end up being extremely LOW pops, if not -1's-

That type of Pop info could have, and would have,
been easily abused by marketing companies; their
sales pitch would have been " This Double Struck
2001 Lincoln Cent is a Pop 1" , or "unique", or some
    other type of abuse.

I stand by my position - (as does NGC).

As far as your MS-67 Experimental Rinse Sacagawea
    Dollar, there were about 225 or so PCGS MS-67's;
no 68's that I know of.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks Fred,

That is the info I was looking for. 225 pcs with 0 higher doesn't seem like that high of of Population.
