    .
i can tell you what it is worth

it is worth re-submitting for a + or upgrade but to not crack-out

also it is worth sending to CAC after all that
    .
so it is worth taking the time for long-term strategies

Greysheet is 7000/7700 in 64. Jumps to 30k in 65

Check the Heritage Auction archives on this date in MS64 - you should find plenty of data to define the lower - mid - and upper price boundaries.
Fwiw this coin looks nice to me based on luster and surfaces - not the unsual scuffy coin. Definitely worth pursuing +/sticker.

A stickered better date like this will bring considerably more money, esp. to a date set buyer that doesn't want a crappy 64 for
$7000 nor a lower end MS65 for $22K to $25K. Typical specimens probably worth $7500 with another $1,000 for stickered. I see one
auctioned 64+ in the lower $9,000's. 63's fetching in the $6,000's sort of place a floor under the 64's.
