You just might like to post your news in this thread.

    Or this one.

Maybe Frany wanted it in a separate thread?
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

"This needed a seperate thread! Why?" Well I'll tell you. I'm new on this form so sometimes when I try to put things on this forum they don't go were they are suppose to go. I was trying to put my quote on the thread pertaining to those who made there orders after 4:30 thread. But as you see it didn't go there. YES there are a lot of you on here that are very nice and very helpful, but there are some who are, not quiet as nice as others. Several of you have helped me and given me some sound advise. TO YOU I SAY THANKS FOR YOUR HELP AND ADVISE. Some of the new members, like me, came to this form to get help and advise from those who know. I have a problem with some of the comments. Again I say thank you to all of you that have me and hope all of you have a nice day.

Sorry about the new poster hazing. Happy you got your sets. Now the real questions...keep or flip? Raw or certified?

    I hope not.

It's really too bad that some folks feel like they need to police the forums ad as far as I can recall, only two are actually authorized to do so. Don Willis and Sportsmoderator2

Anybody else is just blowing smoke and should be ignored.

It would be nice if the forum cops all dropped their hats, badges and nightsticks but I somehow don't think thats going to happen.

Post whatever you want within the Posted Rules, Terms of Use and Terms of Membership. If the REAL moderators find fault with it, they'll let you know via PM.

Oh c'mon now, it's not that bad really! Come back and tell us what you're hoping to do with your coins. Keeping them? Selling them? Getting them graded, or keeping them raw?

We don't want to lose you. Ignore what bugs you and embrace what you like. No one has reached through their monitors yet and choked anyone!

    Mar327's right, Frany.

Don't let this one experience stop you
from participating in one of the best advice
    Web-Sites in Numismatics.

BTW - I also received my box of 5 sets yesterday
    at 9:30 AM !!!

image............... One set won't get graded as I want
to continue with my Eagle Brand Album ... but four
will get graded at PCGS at FUN. I have to submit all
five at once - and then only pay for 4 sets to be graded
but need to pay for the return of all 5 sets.

I have seen three different PCGS holders for this set.
I won't bother asking what costs the most / or / least
or / what is the most popular.

From what I have seen on eBay and by the comments here
I think the signed label by Mercanti seems to be the most
    sought after.

Frany, I used to post quite a lot but now I mainly just lurk. You should try it for awhile. To much knowledge and to many great people here not to reap the benefits. Take care. jws

Today is the 16th and the lovely Mint notified my Buddy today that his order was cancelled. His order was put in at 6:30 PM Eastern time on the 27th of October. It took them this long to figure out if they would have enough coins to fill his order? Thanks for the nice Christmas gift US Mint, I wish I could run a business like that and treat my customers like that and expect them to keep buying from me? I talked him into ordering and setting up an account with the US Mint and everything else, for over a month and 1/2 we would look at the online account and watch the expected ship date move up and up until it hit the 25th of December and then the next day they cancelled it. All he said to me was thanks for all the excitement for the last month or so? image Jerks
