Regarding 69s vs. 70s etc. for 25th Anniversary American Eagle Set

These may be stupid questions but I'm new to coin collecting and was thinking of trading or selling up to get better graded 25th Anniversary Silver Eagle. Thanks for reading this and helping me understand better!

Currently I have (First submission I ever done =D)

I was thinking of selling everything that's not a 70 and getting at least 1 set of 70s and maybe 1 set of 69s. Then it occured to me that I have 2 sets of 69s with 2 of the 5 as 70s.

Question #1: Why do people want full set of 69s or 70s but not a mixed combination?
Question #2: Does keeping the same 5 coins from the original box mean anything or do people just trade from various sets to make their full sets that they want?
Question #3: Do the coins degrade over time? Or is it once they are given a grade they will always be that grade if kept inside the slab?
Question #4: Are the slabs safe for preventing the coins from scratching?
Question #5: If I am to sell the coins I don't want to trade up, how do I do the shipping? Express with insurance and bubble wrapped with paper covering the slab? (Saw this with one of the coins purchased recently from eBay, making a collection =) ).
Question #6: Is it safe to post the coin numbers that is on the slab online?
Question #7: Is it better to sell ASAP to trade up or wait? Feels like since there's a hype the coins sell better now and I should sell first then grab the 70s or 69s in the future.

    1. Why do women want matching earrings?
    2.. no, yes.
    3. no. coin should not change over time, but grading opinion may.
    4. yes.
    5. USPS insured. If over $750 registered is cheaper. Express flat rate envelope starts at $20. Bubble wrapped in cardboard box is safest.
    6. yes.
    7. sell now, wait for market flood to buy what you need.

I'd do the opposite, given that the biggest difference between a 69 and a 70 is the price.

My feeling is that the same hype that's keeping the prices of the coins up is also keeping the price spread between 69 and 70 higher than what it will be when the hype dies down, so if you want a set of 70s, now wouldn't be the best time to do it. Someone might be able to post data supporting or refuting this using the 20th Anniv. ASEs. Of course, the distribution of 69 vs. 70 for those was different than for the 25th.

    Awesome thanks for your advice!

I'm going to keep my Reverse Proof 70s and 1 2011 MS70 and sell the rest. Probably will pick the other 3 70 coins next year or when there's a flood of them in the market to buy.
