Mercury/horse head bronze ancient identity?

A client brought this to me to identify and i am completely clueless. It is bronze, the size of a dime, and has the bust of Hermes/mercury on one side and a horse head on the other--anyone know anything about it?

The obverse does nothing for me, but the reverse is very similar to Zeugitania with the horse's head and the palm tree. If more of the obverse was present "Tanit" would be easy to discern.

I think you nailed it. The horse is very similar to "Zeugitana, Carthage. Circa 264-241 BC. Sardinian mint (?). AE 19mm. Head of Tanit left / Horse's head right; palm tree & pellet."

quite a bit of the bust is missing/worn, but If it isnt this one , its darn close. Thanks--you've got some mad skills.
