The multi-colored composite shows just how vibrant the colors are on the original coin. The saturation was not increased on any of the derived pictures, even though it would seem it would have had to been.
Who took the switchblade to the fields up above liberty's eyes? That's the only drawback on this beauty- it should be no higher than a 64, but the grade is irrelevant on a coin like this. I like the dominant colors on the obverse, and how the glowing yellow drifts into the head of liberty, and lights up the word "liberty"- that's cool, like a little neon sign on her headband...

Great coins are not cheap,and cheap coins are not great!
Great coin! The grade though is no better than 64. Lots of field chatter on the reverse and the scrapes on the obverse. Someone said 66? Ignore the color and look at the coin objectively, including the reverse.
