Is the 2011 uncirculated Mint set Satin Finished?

I'm sure this has been discussed in great detail but a quick search didn't turn up anything for me beyond error code 100.
For the twenty ten set the U.S. Mint's site reads "... and feature the satin finish introduced in 2005." For twenty eleven that part is left out of the program information and the description stops at (before going onto the package information): "United States Mint uncirculated coins are struck on special presses using greater force than circulating coins, producing a sharp, intricately detailed image, and feature a brilliant finish." No mention of "satin finish".
