Ladies and gentlemen,
I am putting the 2nd edition of my Half Cent Quickfinder project on the back burner in order to spend an extensive amount of time and effort on a more important prequel. Since I have been working very long hours in addition to having a ton of familial obligations (as many of you do as well), I cannot guarantee when this will debut. I am keeping the topic under wraps for now, but all I will say is that it will relate to C4, EAC, and JRCS - but it will be published in EAC Journal Penny Wise.
The editor of Penny Wise, Harry Salyards, will be reviewing pieces of the manuscript and providing me with feedback. Between the two of us, I hope to produce a nice, high-quality work that is worthy of the publication's standards.
Nice to be back,
Greg

I just celebrated my 20th year as an EAC member this year. I am also the Region 2 (NY, NJ) chairman.
There is going to be more of an effort to publish articles geared towards newer members such as you. I think that the projects that I am working on, in addition to the contributions of others will help make early copper more relatable to the numismatic masses. EAC membership has been stagnant for too long, and we would like that to change.
Thanks for the reply.
