If you win an auction and pay by other than PayPal, how long does it take until eBay removes the reminder? Is there a way to do it yourself? I finally realized that you can hide it.

Never been there before but dang eBay has stopped letting you delete
somethings like ya use ta could. The new or rather relatively new my ebay
page sucks. I liked it when you bids and watches where on the same page
along with your wins. Everything is hide this and hide that and move either
to the left or right or up and down. Play that game years I mean years ago
with and old but young GF. image

Under your My eBay Purchase History, there will be a list of individual items. You can take different actions such as leaving feedback and sending payment. There is also the more actions option which you can click on and mark as "payment sent". This should stop the reminders.

Everthing has to be hidden under a tab now so the kids can play with their phones.
Sure was easier to use when you had it all on one page even if it was a long page.

I went to pay for an item that I'd won yesterday, but the total was way too much and I couldn't cancel. I closed the page and logged back in. Apparently one has a choice between paying for each item separately or all at once. Ya learn something new every day.image

Being someone who _Doesn't use PayPal, (I use postal money orders) used to get ticked-off at these "reminders"... Even went so far as writing to the seller _Blessing them out for sending the notices.. ha

eBay keeps hiding the "Payment Sent" button on different pages now.. you have to look for it..

    ps. PayPal SUCKS !

Off-topic from the OP (I don't have an answer, BAJJER, sorry!), but...

Ever since the inception of Paypal, I guess admittedly I am one of the only people in my circle of Internet fiends who have NEVER had an issue with Paypal. And I've been using Paypal since it came out and I got all those 10 dollar incentives for getting other people to use Paypal. So, contrary to your statement, 'PayPal RULES !' The only time PayPal ever appears to suck is the horror stories I've read. Tens of thousands of dollars have passed through my account. And I hate fees, fees suck! But the benefit of the system has served me positively far more than it has ever harmed me.

It seems to be an eBay thing. The coin has been paid for with a check and feedback left. I just wonder how long it takes for it to die on its own. I see now one can choose between paying for all at once or each one individually.

If i'm reading this right i think it is the seller who needs to mark item as payment recieved in this instance.
