What new plans for my Estate Collection
I plan on adding more gold coins, such as the Liberty Head $20 in at least MS-66 or MS66+
but might have to settle for a nice MS-65 due to cost.
More Type Proof coins in PR-66, Cameo & Deep Cameo
More Liberty Standing FH Quarters in MS-67FH
More toned Commems, especially a 1918 Lincoln/Illinois Commem in MS-67+
1953 A/R Quarter and Half in at least a MS-64+ PQ grade.
Liberty Seated Dollar in PR-64 Cameo or PR 65+
Obviously, all to be PCGS graded.
I estimate that the total collection will end around 27 - 30 coins.
If I get upgrades, then both coins will probably remain in the collection.
Any one got any other ideas. But remember, I collect only quarters, halves & dollars
and toned Classic Commems.

Thank you for your recommendation.

While I would love to buy one, that would drag me into the 18th Century.

Not really looking for much these days but if I were, it might be a toner.

One mini set I always wanted to assemble was a mint mark set of Liberty Head $5s, the only coin minted at all of the branch mints.
on the picture album. I am looking for outstanding examples of type but not necessarily
more them one of each.

very hard to do this right. I do read the recommendations of the Forum members
very carefully and all such recommendations are under consideration as the collection
continues to grow. One advantage of living in a home for 41 years, is that you actually
do build up equity, even in a down housing market. That is allowing me to indulge my fantasy
and within reason, build this gift of love, for our sons. Of cause, having Laura advise me along the
way doesn't hurt. That woman has forgotten more about coins then most of us will ever learn in a
lifetime.

and a nice scarce Barber Quarter in MS-66 or 67 and a few more Morgan Dollars in M66-PL
should about do it. Of course, I do have a weakness for seated Liberty half dollars and I am
still looking for a $20 Liberty Head gold piece.
So, I guess the hunt continues. Things are bit on the slow side
right now, as dealers are between shows and not much new material is being shown on their
web sites. What is new with your own collections and what are your future plans for your own
collections?
