A coin I REALLLYYYY wanted just went for JUPITER money and I got blown out of the water for thinking I would win it.

Still got a couple more coins on my Watch List

I just have a plain ol'sellers account with bank account attached,about as simple a set up as it gets and i got the double offer,i dont think it's ever ran and i didnt.

It's account specific, if you didn't get the email from ebay you won't receive it.

If you bought this week, you get the offer, cuz they figure you're not likely to buy today!

Or, more likely you've got active BINs on your watch list that ends today. Who knows

Is your ebay account signed up to receive offers?
There is some option like that and mine used to NOT be set up for it, so I didn't get these things. I went into my ebay preferences and changed the setting, now I get the offers.
You also have to be eligible for ebay bucks (not sure if they have opened that up to everyone yet or not).

I got the email. It is definitely account specific - clearly stated in the email. No idea how it is decided who gets it.

Yeah..it worked on me , i upgraded 2 mercs,bought 2 barbers and a lot of 6 pre 65 rosies that i wouldnt normally have,hardly worthwhile but it'll buy me another silver dime a bit further down the road.
