    Yes, happened to me once about a month ago... I wasn't able to process the payment for 4-6 hours. It was really annoying... reminded me of an ex-wife!

    It was just a 5-10 minute issue, yet paypal was not down as account access was no problem.

    I found it funny that they offered up the option of you using alternative payment options... That's a first! image

    Yes, got that message a while back. Picked up the phone to complain and the rep told me they were
    doing their scheduled maintenance at that time. I do seem to remember it was late at night on the
    left coast and weeee hours in the morning on the right coast.

    Happened to me the other morning trying to pay for a BIN. It was around 9:30 am EST. An hour later it worked fine.

    its always something with ebay or paypuke. i had the same problem and then settled with them about an hour later
