I was just wondering if there is a certain person or dealer that specializes in things like old magazines, original commem holders, etc. Basically somebody that doesnt sell much coins but everything else. I would like to find somebody that does and chat with them.

There are several dealers who deal exclusively in numismatic books, auction catalogs and copies of periodicals (such as Numismatic Scrapbook, etc.). At least one of them is a member here.
Coin dealer Bill Shamhart also deals in really impressive exonumia (Mint deposit receipts, plaster models for coins, etc.)
Perhaps you can be more specific about what you're looking for?

<< <i>Exonumia related to Classic Commems is fairly popular; I've seen it offered by several coin dealers.

Funny you kind of nailed it on the head. I am looking for a Numismatic Scrapbook from 1936... Didnt want to be to specific and people get mad it wasnt in the BST
thanks for the help both of you!
TRUTH
If you don't know which issue it's in, you can look for it in their Periodical Index.
If you're near NYC, you can visit the ANS library and make a copy yourself - you don't even have to be a member, although you do have to make an appointment.
If you want to buy the issue of the magazine, there are at least a couple of numismatic literature dealers who can probably help you.

If you do choose to purchase a copy, be very careful. The 1936 Scrapbook issues were reprinted and are hard to tell from the originals. A good lit dealer should be able to help you.
If all you're after is the info, then just get a photocopy from the ANA/ANS.
