1938-D/S or S/D Lincoln Cent?

Is there such a coin known?

I had a call from someone who claims to have a 1938-D over S, but I can't seen to find one in my resources.

The CPG shows a D/D and 2 different S/S's.......

There could be one, who knows? If it is, either you or the guy should send it in to be authenticated and listed.

I told the person who has it to go to Coneca and coppercoins site and ask there. Unfortunately he was unable to send me an image. I told him it could be an unknown variety.

Get a good photo of it and post it here.... Then pm me. I can try and call chuck from coppercoins to check it out on here. He stops in from time to time as well.
