In the past there have been mint items shipped from the fulfillment center and upon receipt the coins were found to be out of the mint boxes and rattling around loose in the cardboard shipper. Has anyone had this issue with the the pucks arriving in that condition?
Also has anyone been able to get 4 of the unopened shipping boxes into a large flat rate box.

usps.com does show a large flat rate "board game" box (Item # GB-FRB) that can be ordered from its website, none of my local post offices stock it and I did not even know it was available until indiananationals' post. Per their website its dimentions are:
Priority Mail Large Flat Rate Board Game Box - 23 11/16" x 11 3/4" x 3"
Can be ordered free from here, min. Qty. 25

Also, the air tight capsules they are using are just a smidge too big as it allows for side to side movement of the pucks.
The name is LEE!

I still have a few of the med priority boxes before they went to FRB2 and it is actually a buck cheaper to use those to send to Calif. than it is to use the flat rate.
