Is this a Stolen eBay Account?

Here is the link:

eBay listing for an 1811 $5 NGC MS64

This coin is being sold at well under 1/2 its wholesale value, and it sounds like the description was copied directly from an auction catalog.

There are 2 feedbacks visible: 1 was from 2003, and the other was from 6/15/2011.

Here is that 6/15/2011 feedback:

"Seller requested payment to a different email. Very suspicious. I canceled pmt."

Thoughts?

I have been reliably informed that this situation is on the way to being corrected.

Thanks for all the "behind the scenes" work to prevent an unsuspecting person from being cheated.
