An express submission arrived last thursday...checked website which then said turnaround was 3 working days. So I looked Wed no grades..and turnaround was changed to 5 days. Today is 6th working day, no grades, called and they said they are behind and it will be next week. I am so bummed. Major coins in that submission dying to see the grades.

whoever put 3 must have put in the wrong number.

express on the form states 5 days.

Lately it has been slower. Look for up to 10-14 days.

Maybe each coin will get a grade bump as compensation? image

There is a place on the PCGS website that shows current turnaround times for submissions. It was 3 days last week, now it says 5.

Try waiting 29 working days!! I submitted some on economy and the wait is killing me! Its nothing I needed in a hurry, but 29 working days is a long time to save a few bucks on submission cost! Meanwhile, I was knocked out of second place in a set that most of the coins I am waiting on go to. The guy that leapfrogged me wouldn't have been able to if I had those coins back right now. That just adds insult to injury, but it's not really a big deal in the grand scheme of things.

They just received my submission today, but it doesn't matter too much since I won't be back in the states until August to see the results!

Hopefully you get your grades by the Set Registry deadline at the end of the month!!!! image

I sent in a couple of orders not thinking I'd even get close to the June 30 deadline, but now that the turnaround times increased a bit more I'm starting to get worried! It'll be close!

My Grade Guarantee was entered on March 30th.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

    The name is LEE!

If I was trying to make the deadline, I wouldn't have sent them economy. I'm not in contention for first place in any set I have and only in contention for second place in that one lowball set. No big deal, really. I'm just anxious is all.

Regular service is now 17-23 business days.
    Friday was 18 for me.
Over the past 5 years the best was 11. The longest was 22.

If you think PCGS is taking a long time, NGC is taking even longer.

The U.S. coin submissions turnaround times are mostly consistent and are a lot shorter than the current turnaround for world coin orders.
