I've noticed that recently and I find it a huge turn off. I think it distracts from the coin and reminds me of getting back my kindergarten classroom homework. Very silly.
Irritating! But effective advertising - what are the chances that coin would be posted to the Forum otherwise and a bunch of us go out to eBay to check for more extreme examples, of which there are plenty.

Naw, never gonna happen. Who would ever buy a third party graded coin based on a fourth party's evaluation of the grade, signified by a sticker? Nope - not gonna happen.
I never thought that growing old would happen so fast. - Jim

Also, I would never buy such a coin. The only sticker I want to see is a CAC sticker. The only
one I want to see state that a coin is DMPL, is PCGS itself, on the slab label.
