Just a positive note . .
I ordered a Doily Holder from HJB last week (before a tremendous golf trip to southern Utah). And yes, there was a coin inside the holder for those who question my plastic fetish.
Unfortunately, during packing, the holder was dropped and there was some damage to the outer ring, but David at HJB immediately emailed to notify me and then followed up with a personal call as well. I was able to talk with him today and HJB as a company and David as their representative were very professional, easy to work with, and accommodating. Many of you have already dealt with HJB and have had great transactions, but this was my first experience. I will obviously be back as they really have it 'together'.
