Feature this:
You're entering a garden paradise in the county of Coinland, USA.
As you enter along a freshly tarred road you witness PCGS is in the middle of townsquare of this sleepy little community called, "Coinsville" You know it's P C G S due to the large neon sign glowing like Vegas in the horizon.
With lush green freshly mowed and manicured grass surrounding it, it's a beacon of industry for all the surrounding townships to see. Coinsville after all is the envy of Cacsville and eBaysville along with Ngcville. (The streets of Ngcville could definitely use a makeover and their municipal codes are way to loose.)
As you leisurely drive your way around, making sure to follow all the rules of the road, you see citizens you're familiar with.
I already know a few of you like to skinny dip in the water tower out in the outskirts of town, and others like to see when the postal truck will exit from the large rollup doors in the back of PCGS.
There is a small jail, housing a few scofflaws.
Now, continuing our fairytale, what would your specific job be within this numismatic community? Who's the Major? Chief of police?
Sanitation worker(s)?

Your initials were spotted, carved on the bench of the courtyard along with a female suitor, so it appears you are already spoken for.
The only other initials seen were bear's. Hard to read, looks like something along the lines of, "bear was here" (scribbled in some unknown substance on the floor of the jailhouse).

I was thinking he's sucking up for some good grades.
